Gîte Île de Groix – Le Domaine de Lestroué

Domaine de Lestroué is a property with 5 gites in total: 2 of 8 people, 1 of 4 people, 2 of 6 people. You can rent all of these cottages or depending on the number of people you are. The ground floor consists of a large living room open to the dining room with exposed beams. The living room is equipped with a large corner sofa. This space is equipped with an LED TV and a DVD player. The American kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, etc… A large toilet with washbasin and washing machine space completes this ground floor. The cottage is also equipped with a table and an iron.

The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a second bathroom with toilet.

Outside: A private terrace, facing south equipped with a wooden garden furniture and a barbecue. A large garden with trees and flowers, fully fenced, leads to the heated and covered swimming pool of 12m x 6m (secure and fenced, open from April to late October), and to the games room for young and old, in the garden of this part, you also have a bowling alley, swing and trampoline. At the back of the property is a large grassy area for ball games (soccer field), badminton.

Swimming pool open from April to October from 10am to 9pm.
