Gîte Le Héron - Family house in the countryside for your holidays:
• on the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large 2.80 m long table and a large living room, all comprising a large living room of 65 m², as well as a 1st bedroom with 2 electric single beds , a bathroom and a WC
A covered terrace with lounge, table and jacuzzi completes the set.
You also have a small courtyard and a barbecue.

• on the 1st floor, you will have 3 bedrooms and a dormitory:
- the 1st is made up of a double bed of 160, a trundle bed (2 beds of 90) and 1 cot
- the 2nd is a small bedroom with 2 single beds (including 1 child's bed of 80)
- the 3rd is composed of a double bed of 140 and a bunk bed (2 beds of 90)
- on the landing, a dormitory with 2 BZ benches of 140 in extra bed
A bathroom with a large bath/shower and a double sink.
Independent WC.

• on the 2nd floor, accessible by a miller's ladder (not recommended for people with mobility difficulties), you will find 2 other bedrooms:
- the one on the left with 1 bed 160 and 1 single bed
- and the one on the right with 1 bed 160

For the summer of 2023, an outdoor swimming pool, covered and heated, will be located in our garden and dedicated solely to gîtes!

The rental price includes access to the Kabuki Spa & Institut Well-Being Area, consisting of an indoor swimming pool heated to 30°C, as well as a hammam that can accommodate 6 people.
Access to the outdoor, covered and heated swimming pool is also included in the price.

You will also enjoy 2500 m² of garden, including a swing, a trampoline and games for children.
