Halfway between La Rochelle, the beaches of the Atlantic and the Marais poitevin, you can also relax on foot or by bike in our small country lanes.
The gîte, with an area of 170 m², can accommodate 12 people.
It has:
• on the ground floor: an equipped and fitted kitchen 35 m², a living room of around 35 m², a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet and a private terrace
• upstairs: there are 2 bedrooms with a 140x190 bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, 1 bedroom with 90x190 bunk beds and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a WC
This Charentaise family house existed. She was doomed to destruction. It has been preserved, completely redesigned and reassembled. For us, it was obvious to revive it, given that it had not been inhabited for years.
You will have room to spend your holidays with family, friends in a place filled with light with pastel colors and everything within your reach to appreciate the department or the Poitou-Charentes region.
You have private parking, a bowling green, ping-pong table, darts all at your disposal + barbecue

"SEJOUR FAMLLE"
nous avons très bien été accueilli par Mme Braud, excellent logement pour famille nombreuse. A proximité de la Rochelle et de Rochefort, de plus situé dans un village calme avis aux amateurs nature.

"très bonne appréciation"
propriétaires accueillants, logement propre et confortable. Nous avons apprécié le calme le terrain de pétanque, la terrasse.
Nous avons aimé l'espace salon où tout le monde peut se réunir en soirée, nous étions 9.
Nous avons pris nos repas sur la grande table familiale dans une cuisine spacieuse et lumineuse.
Logement proche de La Rochelle et Fouras que nous recommandons fortement.

"Séjour en Charentes"
Nous avons passé un très bon weekend au gîte du vieux Chêne ! Le logement est très bien équipée et permet une intimité si vous partez à plusieurs familles. Le gîtes possèdes plusieurs chambres et salles de bain. L'espace cuisine dispose d'une très grande table et le salon est très agréable. Idéal pour un weekend en famille. Nous étions 7 adultes et 5 enfants en bas âges. Le gite est dans un endroit calme et à 30 min de La Rochelle et Rochefort. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeants. Je vous conseille vivement ce gîte !
