On your arrival, you take the long driveway, suitable for a game of pétanque, to cross the large wooded and enclosed garden before arriving at your quiet accommodation set back from the road.
You can easily park up to 2 vehicles under the shelter of the carport and approach the large terrace via a short driveway.
The house, functional and on one level, welcomes you in its 120 m² of living space with its 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds for 6 people (and a baby). On the kitchen table, a welcome basket awaits you.
Behind the house you have access to the 8 x 4 m salt pool, heated, shared with the owners.
For your travels, the cottage is ideally located:
• 4 minutes by car from the motorway interchange for Toulouse
• 5 minutes by car from the E.Leclerc Les Portes d'Albi and Intermarché shopping centers with drive-thru and gas station
• 12 min walk / 2 min by car from local shops: baker, butcher, mini-market with a good section of fruit and vegetables, pizzas to take away, pharmacy, tobacconist/newspapers, ATMs
• 25 min on foot / 5 min by car from the city center and the Sainte-Cécile cathedral, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site
The house is non-smoking, unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility and "sociable" pets are allowed

Motorcyclists, owners of convertibles/exceptional vehicles and car/motorcycle stables welcome: interior courtyard for closed parking, possibility of advice or accompaniment for hikes, electric air pump available

"Très bon gîte"
Gite idéalement situé à Albi, au calme, à 25 minutes à pied de la cathédrale.
Très bien équipé, de plein pied (un vrai plus pour les enfants en bas âge).
Les hôtes sont particulièrement accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin. Allez y en toute confiance !

"Retour sur notre séjour"
Séjour parfait dans ce gîte de grande qualité proche des commerces et des lieux touristiques de la ville d'Albi.
Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles. Il ne manque absolument rien dans cette maison grand confort et la climatisation est très appréciée lors de fortes chaleurs. Il n'y a vraiment que des compliments à adresser pour ce type de location.

"super séjour à Albi"
Nous avons passé une super semaine à Albi , dans le gite Mirabelle, confortable et spacieux, propriétaires charmants et accueillants, qui nous ont bien conseillés pour découvrir la région. Nous comptons bien revenir une prochaîne fois et nous recommandons.

"Fabuleux"
Déniché à la dernière minute, ce gîte tout récent a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Parfaitement équipé, chambres spacieuses, literie de très bonne qualité. Hôtes super accueillants, à l’écoute et de bons conseils. La piscine partagée nous a permis de nous rafraîchir avec cette canicule. Très bien entretenue. Parking privé permettant de stationner plusieurs voitures.
