Gîte Gorges de l'Ardèche, Caverne du Pont d'Arc

A few minutes from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and the Gorges de l'Ardèche, a former 18th century family farm typical of south-eastern France in a small hamlet in the heart of nature.

The upstairs gîte, but on one level, consists of two parts separated by a vestibule, a large terrace and a large exterior. It remains cool and pleasant even in hot weather.
- 1st part: large entrance, fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner hob and extractor hood, toaster, kettle, coffee maker), living-dining room, large bedroom with 140 bed, bathroom (shower) and separate toilet. The bedroom and living room open onto the 30 m² terrace with awning where you can enjoy your meals in front of nature.
- 2nd part: 1 large bedroom with 140 bed and opening onto a glass roof; 2 small bedrooms with 110 beds; bathroom (shower) with wc, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board
- exterior: entrance to the property by an automatic gate, carport, large enclosed grounds of 7000 m², garden furniture, barbecue, shaded areas for lounging

Pastroux (which means little shepherds in Provençal) is located 2 km from the village of Saint-Remèze where you will find all the local shops (grocery store, bakery, gas station, tourist office, tobacco press) as well as many snacks and restaurants.
Supermarkets are less than 15 minutes away.
The first swimming spots are 20 minutes away.
