Completely renovated detached house, in the heart of the old village of Ury, on the edge of the forest, direct access to the A6, 10 minutes from Fontainebleau (Château, Le Grand Parquet, Golf) and close to the main climbing sites (Les 3 Pignons , Dame Jouanne, Larchant, Franchard).

Old stone house, in the quiet of an old lane at the foot of the communal garden - central heating and city gas cooking Table + 6 chairs and barbecue outside in the lane.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, open to living room leather sofa large flat screen TV - Hi-Fi DVD fireplace with wood insert - heating - hot water and city gas cooking (charged extra / meter reading) electricity 8 KW / day - double glazing, 1 WC
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, office area, roof window overlooking the church, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 2 bunk beds - DVD player - window overlooking the church. Shower room + WC roof window.

Stéphane V. the owner lives 2 kilometers from the cottage.
Tourism professional, he is the President of the departmental association of Gîtes de France Seine et Marne.

Entièrement équipé et rénové en 2014, le gîte très cosy alliance de vieilles pierres, bois et murs cirés à l'ancienne vous offre un bouquet de chaines TV / adsl, et un confort douillet.
Chauffage central au gaz de ville, chaudière à condensation changée en 2015, et cheminée à insert au bois installée en 2014.

Idéalement située, la maison à 2 pas d'une boulangerie et commerces de proximité, à 5 minutes en voiture d'un supermarché.
Pour les fans d'escalade, varappe en forêt de Fontainebleau, c'est l'endroit idéal pour le Bouldering Climbing, sans oublier le Jumping car situé à 10 minutes du Stade équestre le Grand Parquet de Fontainebleau

"Gîte à réserver sans hésiter"
Un séjour d’un mois et demi dans ce gîte pendant les travaux de notre logement.
Nous recommandons ce gîte les yeux fermés.
Le propriétaire est attentif au bien être de ses clients, bienveillant tout en restant discret.
Côté pratique, tout le nécessaire pour la vie quotidienne est présent, y compris pour les enfants en bas âge.
La décoration est en harmonie avec l’ambiance chaleureuse et authentique de la maison.
Situé au cœur du village de Ury, on a accès en quelques instants à toutes les commodités (pharmacie, boulangerie, épicerie, bar tabac).
N’hésitez pas à réserver.

"Gîte tout confort"
Suite à notre court passage à Ury, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Stéphane qui nous a bien expliqué ce qu'il était possible de visiter aux alentours et ce que nous pouvions faire (grimpe, randonnées, visites...). Le gîte est très bien, rien n'y manque ce qui est top !

"Perfect for us"
As a family of four climbers, the gite was perfect for our needs - great location for the boulders, boulangerie across the road for morning croissants and baguettes, small shop in village and a larger supermarket nearby. The gite was well equipped and comfortable. We were lucky to have a week of great weather so spent most of our time in the forest, but had we been rained off there was plenty of room to relax inside. Stephane was a welcoming and helpful host. We hope to return.

"Great Value"
Wonderful host, super welcoming, easy to get in touch with, always helpful. Great value for the money. Only small complaint the low roof height at the doors on the upper floor, but thats mainly due to our babies needing food during nighttime.

"Excellent Stay"
Gite is clean, plenty of space and has everything you need for a stay plus extra. Wifi works great. Lovely welcome from Stéphane who was very helpful with any issues and questions. Brilliant location in Ury near local shop and supermarket and short drive to most climbing areas. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

"Sable rochers pins"
Nous avons séjourné 8 jours dans cette maison tout confort très agréable et calme surtout très bien située par rapport aux sites patrimoniaux a visiter

"Great Gite"
This was a lovely gite in a great location for Fontainebleau and all climbing areas. Owner was really friendly and a pleasure to meet. Gite has everything you need including a baby bed, travel cot and a baby bath! Internet worked perfectly throughout. Kitchen is well equipped, and the location next to the church is quaint. Thank you Stephane for a great stay.

Many thanks for your review but surprised about Wifi and Situation . did you have any problems ? I you had problems, you didn't informed me so, surprised .
Wifi is still on for a normal use .and my guests are the own users as the internet box is in the gîte .
You're welcome for a next stay ( 10 minutes from Fontainebleau, direct A6 motorway access, 10 minutes Larchant , 3 Pignons climbing spots .... so nice situation, no ? The situation seems to bee good when I look at my October planning that is full of climbers who come back every year for their holidays in the gîte ….

"Pleasant stay"
The host was very kind, he explained everything and was very helpful with all information, especially in covid times. The house is in a very nice location, and it is easy to access the near by villages, but which was most important for me, was that there were multiple bouldering areas close!
All I can say is, me and my partner had a great stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

"Agréable séjour à Ury"
Je recommande ce gîte confortable, bien aménagé et qui ne manque de rien. Il est très bien situé par rapport aux sites à visiter et aux commerces qui sont tous à proximité. La vue sur l'église et le jardin quand on ouvre les volets (ou le store) le matin est toujours agréable. L'environnement est clame et reposant. Mr Vérynaud est très attentionné et prodigue de bons conseils quant aux visites à effectuer. Je garde un très bon souvenir de ces vacances en forêt de Fontainebleau.
