Gîte Figue - Domaine de Montsalvy

Domaine de Montsalvy is located between the famous rivers, the Lot and the Dordogne, in the region known as "la Bouriane", a gentle rolling countryside, with trees and small pastures.

Figue is one of three gîtes near the swimming pool. On the ground floor, there is a living room and a well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, (completely renovated in 2013) as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. A pine staircase leads to the first floor where there are two single beds as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. The second floor is a mezzanine accessed by a pine staircase which also includes two single beds.
Figue opens onto a private terrace, covered in wisteria. Thanks to a blind, a table, chairs and a barbecue you can relax and enjoy a pleasant view of the swimming pool and the garden.
On one of the terraces in the garden there is a large barbecue to share. Around the swimming pool you can have sun loungers, further away you will also find tables, chairs and shaded areas.

The domain offers you:

- A 19th century farm with an 18th century dovecote
- 6 Gîtes (Butterfly, Fig, Catalpa, Vine, Barn and Garden Gîte)
