Our cottage is located 30 km from Le Mans, Alençon, Ferté-Bernard, 40 km from the Alpes Mancelles and 200 km from Paris.

Air-conditioned hall for 80 seats and another room for 130 people with a choice of rectangular, oval or round tables, a tropical bar corner, a terrace adjoining the veranda, a projection screen, Wifi access.
Outside you have a porch with barbecue, possibility of mechoui, ground of ball, green space with closed ground on a surface of 6000 m ², possibility of camp-site and motor home, footpaths nearby.

For your catering we have a shop on the farm offering all meats and possibility of caterer.

On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, 2 baby beds, changing table, high chair and upstairs 3 dormitories for 10 people in single beds with 2 bathrooms / shower and An individual shower and 2 toilets.
