La Grange Couture is a converted barn with a magnificent view of the rolling hills, a typical landscape of the Dordogne with its green fields and woods.
The Grange Couture is a 160 sqm accommodation on one level, offering beautiful volumes and a spacious and welcoming interior where wood and stone are its signature.
La Grange Couture is an ideal holiday cottage for families with an assortment of games and toys for adults and children alike for relaxing moments in and out.
Outside :
Pool side there are sun loungers and a shady corner under the gazebo.
On the courtyard side there is a huge terrace under the open barn of more than 80 m² complete with a 25m² summer kitchen offering a huge dining area and kids play area, perfect for eating and having fun together in the shade.
Inside, there is a fitted kitchen, 40 m² living-dining room and a 14 m² hall. The rooms are from 14 to 17 m². Each room has a double bed and storage space. In addition, distributed in five rooms, there are 4 beds for one person (2 single beds and a bunk bed). There are three bathrooms with Italian shower and three independent toilets.
In the centre of the village, less than one km, is a little grocery, post office and two restaurants (one only 300 m from La Grange Couture).
The geographical location of Manzac-sur-Vern is very central with a multitude of renowned sites to visit.
In less than 30 minutes, there are Perigueux, Bergerac, St Astier, Villamblard, Neuvic on Isle, Vergt.
There are also a lot of trails and paths nearby, including the Voie Verte (Green pedestrian and cyclists path) of La Vallée de L'Isle which is 85 km.
Also very accessible are the treasures of the Périgord Vert (Brantôme, Hautefort, St Jean de Côle ...), Périgord Noir (Les Eyzies, The Cave of Lascaux, Sarlat ...), Périgord Pourpre (Montpazier, Saint-Émilion, ...)

Forty minutes from Bergerac International Airport*, fifteen minutes from the A89 motorway (Bordeaux-Lyon), Manzac-sur-Vern is located to the south west of Périgueux. Road access to La Grange Couture is either via the D4 or the D44.
The entrance to our gîte is directly on the D44 (no need to turn "La Couture" sign). Parking is in the courtyard.

Très bel accueil, les hôtes sont charmants et attentionnés, le gite est de très belle taille et de qualité avec un équipement très complet. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille (avec des bébés) des plus agréables.

"Vacances en famille"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré un temps incertain , le gite est spacieux et tres fonctionnel , profiter du spa a été un petit plus tres sympa... Petits et grands ont apprécié , et quelle merveilleuse idée d'avoir conçu ce préau pour profiter de bons moments (jeux , convivialité...) meme quand la météo n'est pas au rendez vous !

"40 ans d'isabelle"
Nous venons de passer 4 jours merveilleux dans ce gîte. De 3 ans à 75 ans, tout le monde a pu profiter des espaces extérieurs, qui permettent des moments très conviviaux!
Des petits villages charmants, et la proximité de Périgueux nous ont enchantés.
Et la bienveillance, la disponibilité des hôtes est vraiment un "plus" important!
Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir tous nous retrouver dans cette magnifique demeure, et ce souvenir restera longtemps gravé dans nos coeurs.
