Gîte familial, au calme, entre mer et marais !

The "Gîte Sallertaine 'Le Verger'" is an old Vendéen farmhouse transformed into a modern and family-friendly accommodation.
It can accommodate up to 14 people, with flexible arrangements depending on the number of children and adults. The total area is 175 m².

• Outside:
- A large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy the sun and the tranquility of the orchard, while keeping an eye on the children playing.
- For those who fancy grilling, a barbecue is ready for use!

Guests have access to three shared spaces with the second gîte: a year-round open spa, a heated pool available from April 1st to October 31st, and a play area (boules court, trampoline, wooden hut, swing, slide, ping-pong table, soccer goal, etc.), offering pure joy!

The heated pool is located at the back of the gîte, and the play area is visible from the terrace. Perfect for enjoying an aperitif while keeping an eye on your children!
