May-June-September-October, 3 nights minimum in midweek (125€ per night for up to 5 people) + 25€ per person extra with the maximum capacity of 7 people.
Weekend package (Friday and Saturday night) €380, cleaning included
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- bed and bathroom linen (beds are made on arrival for the number of people to be specified when booking)
- tea towels
- electricity, water and WiFi connection via fiber.
- heating (gas) is included up to 8 kWh per day: beyond that, compensation is requested according to the actual consumption in kWh, on the supplier's current rate.
25% deposit upon booking and balance upon arrival.
Deposit check of €500 on arrival and returned upon departure inventory.
For babies and young children: optional Red Castle 3-wheel stroller (€20)
The tourist tax is paid according to the current rate of €1.50 per night per adult.

"Maison très agréable"
Nous avons passé un semaine très agréable dans ce gîte. Prestations conformes aux descriptions, très calme malgré la proximité du port, cette proximité nous a permis d ailleurs de voir de gros bateau et de voir leur travail de chargement et déchargement. Propriétaires très agréables. Le lieu est idéale pour des balades à pied et pour visiter les alentours, pas de problème de stationnement et il est possible d aller à la pêche en face ou a quelques centaines de mètres.
