In this old Savoyard farmhouse, our two gîtes with Spa offer you relaxation, well-being, authenticity, in the magical setting of the first foothills of the Mandrin massif.

The hayloft is a cozy little nest, comfortable and well laid out, each space has been designed to save as much space as possible and offer you everything you need for a weekend or 15-day stay. The bay window opens completely onto the balcony and gives you the feeling of being outside. The view dominates the countryside. If you are observant, you can admire the many birds of prey in this Natura 2000 territory bordered by the cliff. The lucky ones will see foxes and deer. Oel and Forever (the horses) graze in the meadows under the house and go back to their boxes located under the terrace to shelter from the sun. A shared ping-pong table will be at your disposal and you will have a reserved space on the terrace if you wish to enjoy the sun lying on a deck chair.

Our strong point: the Spa area open all year round.
It will be entirely reserved for you for 1h30. Measuring 4.50 x 2.40 x 1.50 m, this spacious Spa has a bathing area with a counter-current swimming system for practicing swimming. It has a standing massage column.

It's the one I prefer. Its 3 seats allow massages to choose from: intensive, tonic or relaxing. Great after a day of mountain biking or lazing around. The view of the cliffs and the Chartreuse massif will contribute to your relaxation.

The hayloft is a small cottage full of charm ideal for two people.

Located on the floor of an old barn, it will offer you all the necessary comfort for a good stay. 160 bed with quality bedding, a small fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher. On your arrival, the beds will be made and you will find towels and bathrobes. A magnificent fresco of our mountains overlooks the bed. From the balcony, you will overlook the meadows and the small river Truison which has its source on the property. To find the washing machine, you will have to go behind the tractor towards my workshop.

The tower is a cottage that can accommodate 4 people. The bedrooms and bathroom are not large and have no special features. On the other hand, the living room with a framework of exposed beams is 40 m². Its large bay window offers a view that has been described as hypnotic.
The kitchen is very well equipped with; an oven, a large fridge and its freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer... There is no balcony but you will have a reserved space on the terrace.

You will never have enough of a week to discover and enjoy the local heritage, the lakes, the mountains and the many leisure activities. A few minutes by car, you will enjoy the emerald waters of Lake Aiguebelette or the turquoise waters of Lake Paladru.
The region is a paradise for cyclists, mountain bikers, hikers, for the practice of canoeing, stand up paddle, via ferrata, climbing, canyoning, paragliding, water skiing, wakeboarding...

The magic of the Chartreuse massif will enchant you whether you are active or contemplative.

The youngest will be able to enjoy the many attractions and shows of the Walibi park. The many museums will satisfy amateurs, such as the museum of the woodworking machine, that of the cave bear, the archaeological museum of Aosta, the castle of Avressieux...
