Large swimming pool (6 x 12 m) secure with children's pool, pool house with double barbecue, sinks, tables and chairs for 16 people, shower and toilet, bowling alley and stone covered area with ping-pong, terrace in front of the house 85 m² furnished with day beds and charming furniture, large yard.
The house is fully air conditioned, located in the heart of the Corbières vineyards, close to all shops.
This typical Languedoc house awaits you for a friendly and varied holiday.
BEAUTIFUL RECEPTION ROOM THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE 60 PEOPLE, IDEAL FOR FAMILY FESTIVALS, ANNIVERSARY, BAPTISMS, WEDDINGS OR SEMINARS: round tables and chairs are provided.
Adjoining catering kitchen equipped with a professional diver, refrigerated bank, stainless steel trolley on wheels, double door fridge and piano pro.
This room is rented only with the house at the weekend only from 01/01 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 19/12.
The rate for the weekend 2 nights is 2000 € plus the cleaning.
