On a large wine estate, located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, come and recharge your batteries in the calm and authenticity of Provence.
Charming little cottage, very quiet, very bright, with an exceptional view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding countryside.
Here, no fence: you are in the middle of vineyards and cherry trees!

Description:
This cottage is located in the Hautes Briguières wine estate, close to the owner: so no rental scams: 100% guarantee!
Recent housing, very well insulated, semi-detached, without vis-à-vis, no soundproofing problem and completely refreshed in 2013.
It is very well located in the heart of Vaucluse, between Avignon and its festival and Sault, the land of lavender. The view of Mont Ventoux is breathtaking and the walks are very beautiful (perfect for mountain biking and road cycling).

Ideal cottage for holidays, with an equestrian center at 800 m, a body of water + tree climbing 1 km (supervised swimming in July-August) and a large municipal swimming pool 3 km (Villes-sur-Auzon).

Finally, come visit the cellar of the estate where you can taste red, rosé or white wines.

Practical details:
Very comfortable accommodation with all the amenities: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, wc, beautiful living room with American kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine), dining area and TV area.

Large living room under the veranda and lawn terrace (equipped with garden chairs and tables, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol) with superb views of Mont Ventoux. Parking on land near the gîte.

Sheet and linen not provided (unless expressly requested). Possibility of loan of a cot and a high chair for children.
Animals: prior arrangement with the owner.
End-of-stay cleaning supplement on request (40 €), possibility of renting linens (10 € / person).
Entry into the gîte on Saturday from 3:00 p.m. and departure from the gîte the following Saturday before 11:00 a.m.
Handing over of the keys by the owner.
Possibility of short stay rental subject to availability (3 nights minimum).
