In a small hamlet in the middle of the Normandy countryside, the accommodation is located in part of a stone building. No traffic noise, total calm.

Exterior: heated swimming pool from May to the end of September with its bar, garden furniture, sun loungers, children's swing-structure, pile of sand, ping-pong table, barbecue, soccer goal.

Beaches 25 km away (Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, Granville, Bréville-sur-Mer), Villedieu-les-Poêles 7 km away, a popular tourist stopover on the Mont-Saint-Michel route.

Ideal for a family (quiet, enclosed grounds, play structure)
No party or gathering or bachelorette party or evenings.
Swimming until 10 pm in order to preserve the calm of the environment.

The owners also live on site, opposite the accommodation.
We do not swim when travelers use the pool in order to preserve their tranquility, but we reserve a right of access also during your stay.
The swimming pool is dedicated to a single accommodation.

Ground floor bedroom equipped with a 140 bed with wardrobe and 90 bunk bed.
Mezzanine bedroom (open to the living room) with 160 mattress.
Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer

Bed linen provided (sheets, pillowcases) + tea towels.

You will have a few basic elements (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.) as well as cleaning products (washing-up liquid, sponge, household products, etc.)

The rental price is:
- 1250 € per week in July and August
- 800 € in April, May, June and September
- 490 € per week during other periods
- for the rest of the year, minimum 2 nights at 75 € per night
