Gîte to rent 5 minutes from the Canal du Midi (Naurouze) and the channel, 40 minutes from Toulouse and Carcassonne, 7 minutes from Avignonet SNCF station.
Quietly located, on a small hill, with a clear view of the Pyrenees, the cottage with a capacity of 8 people (± 120 m²) is part of an old farmhouse and has the following services:
- 1 equipped kitchen (induction, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine)
- 1 large bedroom with two double beds of 160 and 120, door opening onto the north garden
- 1 double bedroom with 160 bed
- 1 small single bedroom with 90cm bed
- 1 small single bedroom with 140 bed
- 1 bathroom with shower/toilet/sink upstairs
- 1 small shower room and toilet on the ground floor
- 1 large dining room with large table and fireplace
- 1 living room / TV corner / old fireplace / large walls and freshness

Independent car access
Private terrace with barbecue, solid table, shaded
Access to a large south-facing garden (6000 m²), with picnic areas, meditation and/or aperitifs…
Semi-private access to the swimming pool (13 x 5.5 m, depth 0.5 to 2m, non-chlorinated, furniture), the owners' children can sometimes access it but discreetly when you are not present.

Linen is not provided (bed and bath)
Possible to provide it for a supplement of €10 per person upon reservation.
