This gîte, over 400 years old, is typical of the Double forest in Périgord.
Its careful renovation has retained all its authenticity (old stones, half-timbering and old bread oven, etc.)
A beautiful property at the end of a dead end near the owner located in the countryside with a panoramic view of the meadow. For hiking enthusiasts you will be close to the Way of Saint James.
Alone or with your tribe, you can discover a corner of nature in Périgord with the Grand étang de la Jemaye (supervised sandy beach in summer, games for children, sports course, snacks and restaurants), and go and meet different producers and artisans of the region.
Let yourself be surprised by the charming little villages, the secret corner of the walk.
Independent house with a private salt pool entered via a Roman staircase measuring 12 x 6 m, depth 40 cm up to 180 cm progressive, open from May to the end of September, secured by a dome (unheated pool).
A private garden with a view of the surrounding countryside of 2000 m².
Terrace to the south in front of the cottage and in front of the swimming pool with barbecue. Swing.
You have a main room, equipped with a fitted kitchen area with oven, microwave, gas, dishwasher open to the living room (TV, internet, fireplace) and the dining room. You will have access to the 2 bedrooms: 1st bedroom with a dressing room, washing machine, a 140x200 cm bed, the 2nd bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom and private toilet.
From the living room you will have access to the mezzanine, with 2 beds of 90x190 cm.
A bathroom with shower cubicle, separate WC.
At the edge of its terrace you can dive into the large swimming pool and enjoy the green and flowery park.
You can recharge your batteries in a haven of peace and harmony with nature.

"Un havre de paix"
Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux, avec nos 3 enfants, dans ce gîte, très bien équipée, très propre et frais durant les grosses chaleurs. La piscine est très grande, nos enfants et nous même en avons pleinement profité. Le gîte est situé dans un endroit calme et reculé. Sylvie est disponible et très agréable.

"Très très bon sejour"
Nous avons passé 15 jours cet été dans ce superbe endroit. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis très bien dans cette maison pleine de charme. Nos filles et nous même avons profité de la superbe piscine qui est tellement grande!Les extérieurs, que ce soit la terrasse ou le jardin sont très bien entretenus et très beaux. Un grand merci à la propriétaire et ses proches qui étaient très discrets et avec de si gentilles attentions et toujours disponibles quand nous avions besoin. Pendant 2 semaines cet endroit a été notre petit coin de paradis où nous avons pu nous détendre, nous ressourcer grâce au calme et à ce si joli cadre. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir..

Très joli gîte dans une belle propriété typique de la région au calme. Propriétaire agréable, disponible et de bons conseils sur les lieux touristiques à visiter.

We hadden een hele leuke vakantie hier. De gite was zeer proper! Alles was kraaknet.
De gite is typisch dordogne in al zijn facetten. De tuin is zeer mooi met prachtige rozen.
Het zwembad is heel mooi.
Wij hadden een rustgevende vakantie. We komen zeker nog eens terug in deze super omgeving.
