Located 2 km from Foussais-Payré, a small town of character, our cottage with a low ecological footprint is entirely built with natural materials, it allows you to try a life experience during a stay: you can cultivate the small vegetable garden and enjoy of the surrounding nature.
Equipped to carry out its purchases in bulk, organic and local, the lodging is the ideal place of life to consume natural resources differently and to preserve them.
The accesses facilitate wheelchair movement both outside and inside the gîte.

Attention is focused on a minimalist lifestyle, sharing and disconnecting. So a room is shared with us to wash the clothes, the internet connection is possible by wire.

Located near the Mervent and Xanton-Chassenon lakes, a room can be reserved for fishermen, you can hike by walking or cycling from the cottage.
We have small repair equipment if you come by bike, we collect and recycle objects to give them a second life.

Zero waste workshops are offered by the owner and are open to the general public, billed separately.
In summer for example, we cut lavender to make syrup or jelly, we make fabric bags. The wood chippings simply transform.

Our outdoor space inspires and accompanies creation, you can book it for drawing lessons, well-being, dry toilets are available at this place. The toilets and the bathroom inside the gîte are reserved for tenants.
In front of the cottage a small campfire arouses the desire to cook over a wood fire, a hut is attached to the cottage and reserves surprises for young and old.
