The house has a large main room bringing together the kitchen and dining room/living room, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, one with a 160 bed, the other with a 140 bed and a 90 bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove with oven and hob, dishwasher, small appliances, and dishes.
TV and internet.
Laundry room with washing machine.
Bathroom with shower and WC.
Fully enclosed exterior equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.
Baby cot and high chair available on request.
Animals accepted after agreement with the owners at the rate of €15 per animal per stay.
Located in a small hamlet 3 km from the river port and the nautical base of Port-d'Envaux, as well as its summer beach.
Village of Saint-Savinien-sur-Charente 10 km away, Taillebourg and its castle 4 km away.

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille.
Gite parfait, bien équipé et surtout très calme. Rien ne manque.

"Un très agréable séjour au gîte du Tumulus"
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Delphine et Christophe. Leur gite et la terrasse sont parfaitement aménagés et très confortables. L'emplacement géographique est idéal pour visiter Saintes et les charmants et emblématiques " villages de pierres et d'eau". L'environnement est calme et très agréable. Bref nous recommandons ce gîte et ses charmants hôtes !
