The Gîte du Menhir can be partially rented WEEKLY (Monday to Thursday only), excluding summer and Christmas holidays and outside bridges.

This may be an interesting solution for workers traveling in the Saint-Nazaire region who work at Chantiers de l'Atlantique, Airbus ...

The house is equipped in this configuration with 3 bedrooms and 1 dormitory, with 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets (i.e. 1 double bed and 11 single beds) and can accommodate up to 13 people.

It has all the comfort necessary for a stay: fitted and well-equipped kitchen including, among other things: 2 fridges, 2 freezers, 1 gas stove with 1 large oven, 1 microwave, 2 dishwashers. A well-stocked set of cookware and dishes. A living room with fireplace of 30 m2 is located in the extension of the kitchen. Free WiFi access. TV.

Weekday rates

From € 40 per room per day for a minimum of 3 rented rooms; or 120 € per night for the house with its 3 bedrooms and its dormitory - rate up to 6 people maximum.

Supplement of 15 € per night and per person for additional people (from 7th to 13th people)

The cleaning fee is included in the service, sheets are not provided and the tourist tax is extra.
