It has kept its original character thanks to its exposed oak beams, its ogive door frames, its monumental granite fireplace. You will find the soul of an old Breton house and an authentic and warm setting for your stay. Approved Furnished tourism, our cottage is particularly suitable for families and young children.

You will also be able to consult the documents and discover its past of a former seigniorial manor through sometimes tumultuous periods ... At the Revolution, our grandfather, then sharecropper of the domain, acquires this property when it was sold in national property in 1794. Today The place has become peaceful and you will totally recharge your batteries between these walls steeped in history ...

- Ground floor: a large rustic living room (34.5 m²) with its monumental granite fireplace, a kitchen corner (dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, microwave ...) and a sitting area (2 relax chairs, 1 Voltaire armchair, 1 TV of 102 cm).
- Upstairs: two bedrooms (2 beds of 90, 1 bed 140), bathroom with bath and shower screen, separate toilet.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Washing machine.
Electric heating and wood burning appliance in the fireplace. Wood not included but available on site (according to consumption on the basis 75 € / m3).

1) Coming from Rennes, take the direction of Saint-Brieuc-Guingamp to the exit "Lanvollon-Paimpol". In Lanvollon, take the D32 towards Pommerit-le-Vicomte. After about 6 km at a place called the Croix Blanche, turn right and continue for 1.5 km to the locality Kerbouren.
2) Coming from Pommerit-le-Vicomte, take the direction of Lanvollon. At about 1.5 km, at the place called "la Croix Blanche", turn left and follow the signs on 1.5 km to the hamlet of Kerbouren, n ° 6.

Au calme à Kerbouren : Belle maison bretonne. Typique de la région Il n'y manque rien. On y est comme chez soi. Prendre les repas dehors au soleil est un pur bonheur. Propriétaires discrets et attentifs Décoration personnalisée. Calme, nature, sécurité en plus

"Warm and cosey expierence"
Marie-Jo and Yvon welcomed us in a warm and kind manner. Their 16th centrury wonderfull "Gite" lies in the beautifull Breton countryside from wich it is only a 20 minute trip to the coast. They gave us alot of tips about where to go (and where not), they love to help make your stay unforgettable. Marie-Jo and Yvon, Merci for our vacation. And a big compliment from us!

"Un séjour accueillant et chaleureux"
Habitués à louer gîte ou chambre d'hôtes, c'est la première fois que nous sommes reçus de manière aussi chaleureuse par les propriétaires, des gens charmants qui partagent leur amour et leur connaissance de cette magnifique région qu'est la Bretagne. Le gîte, outre tous les services mis à notre disposition (barbecue, poêle, machine à laver etc..), offre une immersion totale avec la très belle campagne bretonne et le chant des oiseaux à fini de nous conquérir. Et toute cette sérénité, tout ce calme et tant d'autres choses, à seulement 20 mn de la mer. Nous recommandons vivement. Merci à Marie-Jo et à son mari.
