A few kilometers from Arreau (65), at the entrance to the Aure and Louron valleys
Living in the Arcachon basin for about ten years, we have regularly crisscrossed the Pyrenees in search of the sea-mountain contrast. This strong and unpredictable nature has always seduced us to the point of wanting to acquire a pied-à-terre in the heart of the mountains.
It was in Cazaux Debat, a small, calm and peaceful village, that we discovered this stone building that we were keen to renovate in the mountain tradition.
Adjoining the Aure gîte, this 70 m² gîte will seduce you with its cocooning side with Pyrenean decor. Spacious and comfortable, with a fireplace corner, it will be perfect for a quiet stay as a couple or as a family with two children.
If you wish to rent the two gîtes of Aure and Louron in order to increase the reception capacity (up to 15 people), please contact me directly.
We decided to keep the original structure of the building and thus create two lodgings that can communicate according to the needs of our guests: the Aure lodging with a capacity of 12 people and the Louron lodging with a capacity of 4 people.
Located 5 minutes from Arreau, a typical Pyrenean village with an exceptional heritage, you will enjoy strolling through its medieval streets. You will find all the shops you need to have a pleasant stay.

Living in the Arcachon basin for about ten years, we have regularly crisscrossed the Pyrenees in search of the sea-mountain contrast. This strong and unpredictable nature has always seduced us to the point of wanting to acquire a pied-à-terre in the heart of the mountains.
It was in Cazaux Debat, a small, calm and peaceful village, that we discovered this stone building that we were keen to renovate in the mountain tradition.

A first fire will be offered to you for stays in the winter period (November to March)
Weekend: 20 € Stock inside the house for 2-3 fire
½ stere of dry wood (non-resinous): €50
1 cubic meter of dry wood (non-resinous): €90
Our animal friends can be accepted under certain conditions and with a supplement of €10 per day.
Example: dog <10kg

The cleaning fee is compulsory, however the gîte must be tidied up, the kitchen returned to the state in which you found it, the fridge emptied and the bins taken out.
These must be deposited in the municipal container park located at the entrance to the village (near the small bridge).
