Roche, guest house.
You will have access to the interior courtyard of the house, enclosed by 300 m², paved, flowered with garden furniture and an 8x4m heated indoor swimming pool (Depth from 0.90 to 1.40 m), open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. April to October (Single-family use, organization by schedule, access in 1 hour increments) bordered by Romanesque cloister arches, shared with the guest rooms.
Parking in front of the gîte.
Bike shelter.
Ground floor: kitchen-living room-lounge (40 m², fireplace), vintage atmosphere. Internet via WiFi
Attic floor: landing (6 m² - children's play area), extra bed (90x200), baby bed available, bedroom 1 (11.20 m² - 160x200 bed with dressing room), bedroom 2 (10 m² - 2 beds 90x200 or 1 180x200 bed), bedroom 3 (9 m² - 140x190 bed), bathroom, toilet.
Beds made, household and bathroom linen provided.
Electric heating included.

The river "La Sèvre Niortaise" with the Sèvre banks circuit and picnic area 300 m away, Véloroute V94 circuit and Terra Aventura will allow you to discover the local heritage.
The Temple of Chauray with its temporary exhibitions, Mutuelles MAAF, DARVA, MSA and restaurants 5 minutes away.
