To spend weekends or holidays with family or friends, you can get some fresh air in the mountains and enjoy a breath of fresh air to recharge your batteries.
You have a large terrace of 40 m² with a free-standing barbecue and an octagonal mosaic table, as well as sun loungers and a pétanque court.
In the fully enclosed garden with trees, in summer you will enjoy the vegetable garden and you can collect fresh eggs in the henhouse, with the 3 hens of the house.
In the cottage, children can play hide and seek, given the many rooms:
- 5 bedrooms, the largest of which is on the ground floor with a wooden baby bed and the others upstairs
- a living / dining room of more than 40 m² which opens onto the terrace
- 2 independent toilets and a third in the upstairs bathroom
- the garage is fitted out for hikers and skiers
Household products are provided.
The keys are handed over by the owner who lives 5 minutes from the cottage.

Super accueil pour ce gite à deux pas des stations du MontDore.
Le gite est très confortable, lumineux et agréable à vivre.
Si on repasse dans le coin, on sait où on logera hiver comme été!

"Séjour août 2021"
Nous avons séjourné dans la maison début août 2021. La maison est bien équipée, au calme. Le jardin est grand et les poules et le terrain de pétanque ont été appréciés par petits et grands. Le centre ville n’est pas trop éloigné, et surtout la piscine Sancy Oest très proche ce qui est pratique. Nous recommandons cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir.

"Agréable gîte familial"
Beau gîte pour passer 1 séjour en famille ou entre amis. Fonctionnel et bien équipé, même avec une météo moyenne nous avons pu profiter du terrain de pétanque et du Baby foot. Nous avons été bien accueillis par notre hôte aux petits soins et disponible.

Très belle maison, spacieuse et avec tout les équipements. Manque WIFI mais cela nous déconnecte un peu.
Parfait pour notre week-end VTT à 10 bikers (grand garage pour stocker les VTT). En en plus le terrain est au top pour le VTT (site FFC)

"LOCATION GENIALE"
Cette maison est idéale pour se retrouver à 12 personnes. Elle est spacieuse, propre et super bien équipée. La propriétaire nous a informé sur les différentes visites à effectuer sur le secteur. On a aussi découvert sa confiture locale et le bon St Nectaire fermier. Le jardin est très sympa avec son potager et son terrain de pétanque. Le baby foot a été très apprécié de tous !

maison très propre, spacieuse et serviable pour 12 personnes. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires qui connaissent bien la région et les bons produits du terroir ! maison, avec déco qui inspire au repos ,située dans un endroit tranquille non loin du bourg de la bourboule...

"Super semaine"
Très belle maison, très spacieuse et impeccable. Située à proximité du centre de la Bourboule mais dans un quartier très calme. L'hôte nous a parfaitement reçu. Petites confitures maison offertes. Elle prend le temps de nous informer sur les sites incontournables du coin. La maison est équipée d'un baby-foot qui a su occupé nos soirées, de belles rigolades assurées.
