The Gîte du Grestain is being renovated (awaiting “Etoile de France furnished tourism” classification), available from July 2, 2021; it will be equipped to accommodate up to 8 people and a baby.
This pretty Norman farmhouse of 130 m² is completely independent and not overlooked.
Outside, you can relax on the wooden terrace with a Spa overlooking a beautiful flower garden, a true haven of peace perfect for disconnecting.
Here you will find calm in an authentic nature with its flora and fauna at the bend of the many hiking trails that crisscross the Risle Valley, just 5 minutes from the motorway and 8 minutes from Pont-Audemer nicknamed "La petite Venise Normande ”, 25 min from Honfleur and 35 min from Deauville.
At 3.5 km you will find bakery, bar-tobacco, brasserie.
5 km Golf, nautical club (windsurfing, paddle, water skiing, towed buoy), 7 km Pont-Audemer where you will find everything, shops, visits, various activities (cinema, canoeing, "the Foundry" (bowling, trampoline park and playground), swimming pool ...)

The cottage offering all the comfort and modernity of today
• on the ground floor, you will find:
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) open to the dining room with bay window overlooking the terrace and the the living room where you can enjoy the fireplace, its TV corner as well as books and board games
- a pantry with washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron, and cleaning kit
- a large bathroom equipped with a spa bath, a walk-in shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer
- an independent WC and a bedroom with a 140 bed and a 140 mezzanine bed
• upstairs :
- a landing room with an office area with internet box which opens up 2 bedrooms
- a large bedroom with water point and WC, 140 bed and a cot and another bedroom with 2 single beds
• outside :
On a beautiful wooden terrace you can relax and unwind in the Spa (summer and winter) or on the deckchairs while enjoying a beautiful private, enclosed and beautifully flowered garden.
You will also find a set of meals, a barbecue and outdoor games.

Additional Info:
* baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub are available on request
* the beds are all equipped with pillows and duvets, but sheets and covers are not included, if you want us to provide them and the beds to be made on your arrival a supplement will be requested (option to be requested) when booking).

Towels (towel + glove): 5 € / pers.

* optional cleaning package 100 € is obligatorily included in the reservation (due to the sanitary context) but does not exempt tenants from leaving the accommodation clean (among other things, the bins emptied, the beds unmade, the dishes done and the floors cleaned)
* for the fireplace, a basket of wood is offered to you but if you need more, other baskets can be made available to you at a price of 6 € / basket.
* non-smoking gîte
* raclette, fondue, crepe maker, electric wok available on request
* the tourist tax of 1 € / pers. / day is extra and to be paid on the day of your arrival
