A brand new cottage but in one of the oldest buildings

In 1721, the already existing bread oven benefited from a major restoration and in the 19th century, for the comfort of users, an oven house (Ti Forn) was added to it.

To extend the story, a new restoration, started in 2016 (vault and bottom of the oven) has just been completed with the restructuring of the oven house on the old walls, which have been partly reassembled.

This restructuring has made it possible to create, in place of the attic, a volume perfectly suited to the creation of a gîte for 2 people.
On 30 m², a very studied layout in the form of a studio: kitchen area - dining area - lounge area - alcove with bed 140x190

Offers all the desirable comfort for a couple both in summer (very good insulation) and in winter (warm atmosphere thanks to the wood stove)

Using an uneven terrain, a ramp leading to a terrace in front of the entrance allows access for people with reduced mobility.

The cottage is located in a quiet hamlet, 11 km from Pontivy, 2 km from the village of Bieuzy-les-Eaux, 4 km from Melrand (shops)
Endless hikes, the incomparable calm of our 2 hectare property with a poultry yard, horse, pony ...
Fishing in the Blavet (2 km on foot, 4 km by car), the Saar (10 km), the Scorff about fifteen km.
