This cottage is very spacious, very bright, well equipped, 3 bedrooms upstairs, baby essentials (bed, changing mat, high chair, bath), 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and full fitted kitchen open to the living room and a lounge area. A wood stove to harmonize your winter evenings. This cottage is adjoining and each cottage has an independent entrance, and its opposite outdoor terrace and private parking. Its terrace faces south. View of the tree-lined garden.
On the road leading to the famous cliffs of Etretat, rediscover the charm of walks between sea and countryside.
Semi-detached gite, fitted out in an old brick and flint barn overlooking a wooded garden (south-facing terrace). Spacious and bright cottage.
On site, also petanque ground, playground and animals (donkey, goat, sheep, chickens).

Rental per night 350 €; 2 nights €400; 3 nights €450. The price of the night appearing on the schedule "rates" of this site is only reserved for weekly rentals. Weekly rate €550 to €700 depending on the period (school holidays, high, medium and low season).
Bed sheets are provided (beds made on arrival) + 10 kwh of electricity / day + water
In addition: cleaning fee 55 € optional but mandatory if presence of animal
Optional internet package: €10 / stay
Tourist tax: 1.25 € / night / adult in addition
Rental of towels: 5 € / person
Supplement for the presence of an animal: 40 € / stay (if less than 7 days) or per week (eg for a rental of 3 weeks you will pay 40 X 3 = 120 €)
Following this Covid pandemic, the cleaning fee becomes compulsory, i.e. €45/stay (disinfection of our gites after each departure of our tenants).
Animals (only 1) are accepted on prior request with the owner. Supplement of 40 € / stay or week. Cleaning fee 55 euros mandatory due to covid (disinfection of our gites after each departure of our tenants)

"Un gîte super"
Enchantés de notre séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé , très propre. Nous avons apprécié le cadre de verdure, les animaux, l'accueil de la propriétaire et les charmantes attentions qui nous attendaient ainsi que la décoration en ces temps de Noël.
Calme bien qu'ayant des voisins du gîte de 8 personnes. Cela n'affecta en rien la tranquillité du séjour.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement qui reste pour notre part un ton au-dessus de ceux occupés jusqu'à présent.
A découvrir et réserver sans hésitation.
Avec notre meilleur souvenir et nos compliments chaleureux.
Mr et Mme MONCHY et leurs enfants.
