Our 120 m² house available for the summer is made up of 6 rooms (through kitchen, dining area with TV lounge), 3 beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom, another reading room, an office area and a dining room with a bar.
All comfort equivalent to a 4-star star.

Located 10 minutes from Bergerac (2 shopping centers), Issigeac (medieval city with the 7th most beautiful market in France) and Monbazillac (castle and wine), our house is in the purple Périgord.
Perfect access to the Dordogne valley, 1001 castles, Lascaux caves, festivals, gastronomy, oenology, sport (canoeing, climbing, hot air balloon)
