Boules WanderpfadeLocated in Savoie, above Aix-les-Bains and near Lac du Bourget, gîte for 2 people (plus children) in a contemporary house located in a quiet residential area, located on a hill facing south-east.
Very beautiful view of the Revard massif (1500 m).
Very well equipped and bright cottage. Quality contemporary atmosphere. Large exposed terrace. Large, pleasant and flowery garden space.
Studio in the owner's house.
Ground floor: 1 2-seater sofa bed, low mezzanine (1 additional double bed for children), bathroom (Italian shower).
Terrace, land.
WiFi Internet (fiber optic broadband), sheets and household linen provided, daily cleaning if necessary.
Facilities: internet, washing machine, microwave, television, kettle, toaster, raclette grill.
Ski Le Revard 23 km, Lac du Bourget 1 km, Thermal Baths Aix-les-Bains 1 km. Swimming pool 2 km.
Lac du Bourget: 10 minutes on foot.
Possibility of car rental (Renault Clio) on Drivy (https://www.drivy.com/dashboard/cars/58074)
The Gîte des Pringets is in Tresserve, right next to Aix Les Bains (2 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot from Aix Les Bains station). The cottage is located at the top of Tresserve hill with a view of Mont Revard, between Aix Les Bains center and Lac du Bourget (10 minutes walk from Lido beach and its restaurant) with numerous forest paths at departure from the lodge. The Marlioz thermal baths are a 10-minute walk away, via a forest path.
There is also a large garden of 3,500 m² (but which is not fenced on its entire periphery).
The cottage is fully equipped (television, high-speed fiber optic internet access, washing machine, bed linen, bathroom linen, etc.). You just need to bring your food (except for the consumable coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper which is provided). There is also a grocery store/tobacco shop and a bakery 50 m from the gîte on the church square.
