THE GÎTE IS LOCATED IN BEAUVAL / DOULLENS - close to the 14-18 battlefields, 30 min from Amiens and Arras, 1 hour from the Bay of Somme and Lille.
BY CHOOSING OUR GÎTE, you will experience a day, a weekend, a few days, a week in a regenerating setting!
The beauty of the stone fascinates us every morning... The environment has something of the past, with its old veranda and its espalier pear trees...
Amateur naturalists (young and old) will be able to watch over the frogs in the small (secure) pond...
We are full of apples and pears in the fall. Bring a basket!
We adopt an eco-responsible philosophy.
We make you aware of your electricity and water consumption.
We will ask you for a small contribution for electricity on site, depending on the season and the number of occupants on the basis of: €12/day in winter & €8/day in summer (EDF ref.).
Water is also expensive and we offer 7€/night for the entire cottage. We thank you for your understanding.
Finally, why a Demoiselles gîte?
During the prosperous period of the jute industry in the village in the 19th century, the house was inhabited by two atypical young ladies whom the people of the village keep in their memories, and whom they will find again through this site with a smile!

Gîte très bien situé pour les différentes visites que nous avions planifiées, dont certaines nous ont été conseillées par notre hôtesse (Naours, Amiens, Doullens, Séricourt…)

Gite grand literie confortable deco un peu vieillot et surtout nous avons eu froid malgré le poêle a bois

Gîte et extérieurs agréables. Propriétaire aimable et souriante qui répond volontiers aux questions posées. Beaucoup de fleurs, de rosiers, d'arbres fruitiers et autres..et surtout beaucoup d'oiseaux. Nous avons eu la chance, 2 jours de suite, d'entendre le coucou chanter, un régal !!! Merci me donner le nom de cet arbuste qui est devant le gîte.

J'ai séjourné une nuit au gîte. J'ai été accueilli comme un membre de la famille. La propriétaire s'est occupé de moi dans les moindres détails. Nous avons également échangé sur les points d’intérêts touristiques dans la région. Je recommande cet hébergement pour un voyage touristique (nombreuses cartes et conseils à disposition) comme pour un déplacement professionnel. N'hésitez pas. Georges

Très beau gite au charme authentique, jardin magnifique très reposant avec sa roseraie et ses arbres fruitiers, accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement !

Laure nous accueille chaleureusement avec son dynamisme et son sourire. Un etage aménagé pour ses hôtes. Lit douillé pour passer une bonne nuit. Silence et tranquillité assurée!!!!!! Petit-déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre copieux. Merci Laure. Epide.fr
