You will find in the gîte:
- an equipped kitchen with its dining area
- a small living room with flat screen TV
- and a bathroom with toilet
- two bedrooms (1 x 140 and 2 x 90) occupy the 1st and 2nd floor of the dovecote
- Reversible air conditioning in the kitchen and on the 2nd floor.
- Maintenance products and equipment, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Cot, high chair for baby and changing mat.
Fully fenced property.
Private parking with direct access to the gîte.
Salt pool 10 x 5 m shared with the owners.
Private terrace with garden table, parasol, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue.

"Séjour parfait en famille"
Nous avons profité d’une semaine magnifique au gite les coteaux de marescot
Idéalement situé, très bien équipé
Accueil parfait de nos hôtes dans un cadre très appréciable (piscine, terrasse …) tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour

Loueurs adorables. Toujours à l'écoute des besoins. Location trés correcte, avec commodités et espace appréciables. Site magnifique. Coin repas extérieur trés sympa. Prix correct.
