Natural environment remarkable and calm absolute.
The whole house is on the ground floor, on the same level on the closed garden of 2000 m²:
- large living room in stone and exposed beams with a traditional fireplace "cantou"
- large kitchen - dining room opening onto the garden
- 3 rooms
- bathroom and shower room
- separate WC, hallway
- courtyard, lean-to, parking

Around the house is a beautiful hilly landscape, alternating vast meadows and oak and chestnut woods.
The house is accessible by a dead-end road.
South-west of Corrèze, ideally located to visit the major tourist sites of Périgord and Quercy: Sarlat, Domme, Lascaux, Les Eyzies, Rocamadour, Padirac, ...
and in the surroundings: Pompadour (stud and castle), Gorges de la Vézère, Castle of Comborn, Vigeois (church and bridge XIIth century), Uzerche ("the pearl of the Limousin"), Ségur-le-Château, Collonges-la -Rouge, St Robert, Curemonte, Turenne, Hautefort, Tulle, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, Brive-la-Gaillarde ...
