Located 10 minutes from the city center of Nantes, 5 minutes walk from the Pont-Rousseau Station (tram and b) near a shopping street, the area is a haven of peace in 2 steps from the river Sevre and the presence of the house on this small confined space is undetectable from the street.

After crossing the blue gate of the property, you will enter the house of 28 m² built in 2013 in compliance with the standards BBC.

The common garden is renewed every year.

The front door opens to a bright living room facing south.

On the right, the kitchen although fully equipped (dishwasher, multifunction microwave oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment) is very discreet.

In contrast, the living area has a 2 seater sofa and a coffee table.

For your comfort, a flat screen TV running a dedicated box Orange, telephone, WiFi and a Hi-Fi complete the equipment.

Office space separates -Toilets amenities and separate bathroom with a shower italienne- the living room.

The staircase near the front door leads to the mezzanine sleeping area with a bed of 160x200 and a clock radio.

The house can accommodate 2 people.

The bed is made on arrival, towels and linen are provided and we offer you some products such as coffee, tea, condiments, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper.

We also offer you a parking space in a residence located within 100 m of the lodging.

We speak fluent English and German.

A breakfast basket can be provided on request at a price of 6 euros per person.

The center of Nantes is 10 minutes by tram, airport and Nantes station is 15 minutes.
