Gîte Demeure, location gîte 14 PERSONNES en Normandie

The Demeure cottage can accommodate 14 people
Rental of the gîte two days minimum in low and mid season, and seven days minimum in July/August

The Domaine de la Ferme de la Hamberie is located a stone's throw from the Suisse Normande, sporting, cultural, historical and gastronomic activities to satisfy the whole family!
10 min from the town of Falaise, 40 min from Caen, 1h30 from the beaches of the Normandy coast.
The estate's swimming pool is shared and available from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. from April to October.
We have a large games room in the old barn with table football, table tennis and giant chess!

Bed linen is included in our prices, the beds are made (duvets, pillows, mattresses) and we only provide bath mats = be careful to take your towels and tea towels for the kitchen.
A roll of toilet paper per toilet, a bathrobe per bathroom, a sponge, a dishwasher tablet, cleaning products and rags are provided in the cottage. You also have a photo inventory in the cupboard doors and drawers so you know where to store all the supplies.

We do not accept NOISY parties or gatherings, our lodgings are quiet and family friendly (except ONLY for New Year's Day).

The deposit of 500 €, deposited on your arrival, will be returned to you three days after your departure (by mail or destruction) after a satisfactory visit to the gîte (otherwise we will be obliged to puncture this deposit)

Fee of 100 € additional per animal brought.

The cleaning fee is available all year round, except in July and August, and amounts to 100 € for this gîte = be careful, with the cleaning fee we still ask you to leave the dishwasher empty, the towels bed removed and trash cans emptied.
(without cleaning fee, you will receive a cleaning instruction manual to help you leave the gîtes as you find them on your arrival!)

The gîtes of the Ferme de la Hamberie practice selective sorting, you have a special bin for glass and plastic to deposit in the specialized containers in the heart of the village.

A bakery / pastry shop is located 2 minutes from our lodgings!
Falaise ville is 10 minutes by car with a town centre, all amenities, the castle of William the Conqueror as well as supermarkets. The Falaise market takes place on Saturdays.
