It is located in the center of Nivernais (and in the center of France), 4 km from the Canal du Nivernais (cycle route), 15 km from the Morvan Regional Park, 10 km from the Baye nautical base, 40 km from Nevers (A77 motorway) and 50 km from the Magny-Cours circuit.
This "grandmother's house spirit" house is suitable for groups of friends, families, anyone who wants to rediscover the warm atmosphere of reunions.
It is very popular for its authentic side, its "traditional" style decor, its size. Nature lovers will be seduced by the magnificent sunsets, the visit of some wild animals (hares, deer), the tranquility ...

"Séjour pour un mariage"
Venus pour un mariage dans les environs, le gîte de Varigny a été un véritable havre de bien être pendant notre séjour. Meublé de façon confortable et chaleureux, chacun s'y s'est senti bien de suite et les dîners sous l'arbre vénérable laisseront des souvenirs mémorables. L'accueil et le suivi attentif du propriétaire y sont pour
beaucoup et nous le remercions chaleureusement. Nous le recommandons sans aucune modération !

"Vacances en famille réussies"
Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce gîte. La table nous a permis de manger à 16. Le feu de cheminée était très agréable et l’accueil était chaleureux. Le terrain était bien tondu et nous avons pu jouer au foot. Le bbq au gas a été apprécié. Nous avons aimé les balades en bord du canal. Je n’ai pas noté la wifi, nous ne l’avons pas demandé.
