This beautiful independent house is located in a quiet hamlet, near Roannes-Saint-Mary. Its exposed stone walls and its magnificent slate roof with silver highlights give it an authentic charm.
This vacation rental of 160 m², on 2 levels, offers beautiful volumes. It has a capacity of 8 people and is perfect for family reunions or a stay with friends.
As you cross the threshold of the house, you will be charmed by the living room. The inglenook fireplace, a large open fireplace, reminds us that the building is old. In the evening, at the vigil, you can gather by the fire.
You will easily prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen and share them around the farm table.
This holiday home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets. The rooms are divided as follows: 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and 2 bedrooms each with 2 90 cm beds (possibility of making a 180 cm bed). If you come on vacation with a baby, a kit is available to you. The rental has a private washing machine.
To entertain you, the accommodation is equipped with an internet connection, a TV, a DVD player and a library for adults and children's literature, board games for all ages.
The surroundings of the house are carefully landscaped and contribute to the quality of the place.
A nicely restored stone outbuilding opens onto the garden. You can have your meals there sheltered from the sun or bad weather. Barbecue, garden furniture, everything is done so that you can fully enjoy the large wooded garden.

"Très bel endroit"
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un endroit bucolique à souhait dans une maison authentique restaurée avec beaucoup de talent par les propriétaires.

"Confort & tranquillité"
Un gîte très spacieux, tout au calme. L'accueil réservé est fort chaleureux. De belles promenades et des activités aquatiques à une trentaine de minutes en voiture. Je recommande avec enthousiasme.

"Un gite très agréable"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très confortable, conçue et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. L' espace est tout à fait approprié pour le repos et la détente. Repas pris à l'ombre du noisetier et farniente sur des chaises longues dans un calme appréciable. Nous recommandons vivement ce gite qui appartient à des propriétaires charmants et attentionnés.

"Superbe gîte"
Très beau gîte restauré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé dans un petit hameau très calme , sur les hauteurs. Beaucoup de beaux endroits ou balades à faire à proximité. Accueil très sympathique de Marie et Alain, très disponibles. Nous recommandons vraiment ce gîte
