Table tennis Table footballA real haven of peace, perfect for recharging your batteries with the family, the Gîte de Néry is set up in one of the outbuildings of a beautiful Périgord residence with character, in the heart of a wooded and secure park of 2 ha, just 500 meters of the village of Saint Léon.
Cozy and comfortable, the cottage has its own private garden. On 2 levels, it consists on the ground floor of a modern and functional kitchen, a living room opening onto the garden and a toilet. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.
For the safety of young children, a barrier at the top of the stairs prevents any risk of falling. In addition, access to the property is via a remote controlled gate and the garden is fully enclosed. A courtyard allows car and bicycles to be parked under cover.
For your comfort and a peaceful stay, sheets are provided and the beds are made upon your arrival.
