Rutas de senderismoAt an altitude of 900 m, in the heart of the Livradois-Forez regional natural park, a typical Auvergne house from 1880, located in an ideal place to spend a peaceful stay with a breathtaking view of the Monts du Forez (Pierre-sur-Haute and the Col du Béal 25 km away).
Small village bordered by woods, the numerous hiking trails will allow you to take beautiful walks in the heart of nature.
Located 30 minutes from Ambert, 1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand and 40 minutes from Thiers.
The ski resorts of Les Pradeaux (40 km) and Chalmazel (35 km) as well as the lakes of Cunlhat (5 km), Ambert (25 km), Aubusson-d'Auvergne (25 km) and their leisure centers, will offer you something to entertain young and old, summer and winter.
The cottage is equipped as follows:
- on the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living/dining room, WC
- upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double beds (blankets provided), bathroom and WC.
- a 40 m² terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs
- Office area (upstairs in a bedroom). Wifi with fiber. Ideal for teleworking.
- closed garage (20 m2) available only for quads, bicycles and motorbikes.

"Une semaine au vert"
Gîte très propre et bien équipé. Belle vue et bien situé pour découvrir cette belle région d'Auvergne. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Ils sont de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons vous voir si nous revenons dans le coin.

"Très bien."
Un très bon accueil avec de petites attentions très appréciées. Le gîte est tout confort, très bien équipés. C'est vraiment calme et reposant. Les hôtes sont adorables. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous recommandons vivement.

nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gites. ou rien ne manque et tres complet. Les propriétaires tres discret et sympathique. une vue magnifique sur les monts. N hésitez pas a aller le découvrir et visiter ses alentours. belle region. Les normands JACKY ET JOCELYNE.
