Private enclosed garden (50 m² with terrace 47 m²) surrounded by a large courtyard, garden, access to the yard with barbecue. Everything you need for your holidays and your work.
The cottage is located in the countryside in the municipality of Saint-Généroux 1 km from Thouet, between the poitevins marshes 80 km, the Puy du Fou 70 km, the Futuroscope 50 km, Saumur 40 km, hiking opportunities.
You have :
- a kitchen with a dining area and a seating area
- a bedroom 1 bed 140 + cot optional
- one bedroom 1 double bed 180 or 2 x 90
- in the center entrance hall and bathroom with separate toilet
charges included in the week except heating.
Rate per night or week for workers.
Gift during your stay : Produits locaux avec boisson
