Absolute calm for this cottage adjoining the stone property of the owners, located on a plot of 3 ha, less than 15 min walk from the ramparts of Guérande and 5 km from the beaches, with a spectacular view of the salt marshes.
Common access to the heated swimming pool (from around May to the end of September) with a giant chess game.
South and North side terraces.
Ping-pong under a common courtyard + other outdoor and beach games available.
Private parking in front of the cottage.

Gîte de Lomanach is on one level (2 steps inside) and consists of a kitchen/living room, a living room, a bedroom (160x200 bed), a shower room and a separate WC.
Additional equipment: WiFi, Bluetooth Hi-Fi system, DVD player, shared video library under the courtyard, baby cot and chair on request.
Electric car charging station available.

Included: electricity (except car charging station), electric heating, sheets, bathroom and kitchen towels, and bath towels for the swimming pool.
Not included: mandatory cleaning fee (€50) to current health standards.
