The house (85 m²) which will welcome you is on the first floor of the building – accessed by an external staircase.
It consists of an entrance, a large living space (living room - dining room) with functional open fireplace, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The capacity is 5 people.
A walled garden is present below, as well as a large 50 m² terrace on the upper floor, giving the impression of living in the trees.
3 km away, you will find bakery, bar, tobacconist, grocery store.
And the region is full of local “organic” producers to supply you with vegetables, cheeses and poultry.
Bezanleu – 20 inhabitants – is part of Treuzy-Levelay, a rural commune of just over 500 inhabitants, crossed by numerous hiking trails.
From the house, you can go straight for a walk, mountain bike ride or go jogging.
The hamlet is a “dead end” guaranteeing very little traffic, apart from tractors and residents' vehicles. The houses are spaced apart from each other, not overlooked, thus respecting privacy.
