The gateway to Angers, in the countryside, we welcome you to the cottage of the Saintonnerie, a farmhouse of character completely renovated. The location is ideal to find the quiet, family or friends.
Situated on the edge of a hamlet 2 km from the village, you can walk on the hiking trails or relax in a large garden.
It is also a strategic point for various sightseeing (castles, Loire, vineyards, parks ...)
We renovated this house in an environmental approach by approaching the maximum of standards BBC (Low Consumption Building) including a wood fiber insulation for the roof, a pellet boiler, solar panels for water.
The cottage has:
• on the ground floor :
- A large living room of 70 m² with lounge
- A fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, convection oven, raclette / stone grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...)
- A laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board ...
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A bathroom and WC adapted for disabled guests

Toute la famille à apprécié le lieu, gîte bien équipé. Nous avons passé un Noël en famille génial. Nous y reviendrons probablement. Propriétaire super sympa. N'a pas hésité à prendre du temps avec les enfants. D'ailleurs ils se souviennent du petit tour en tracteur ! Continuez

Parfait endroit pour passer un week-end entre amis à proximité d'Angers. Le gîte est entièrement équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour petits et grands quel que soit le moment de l'année. Les propriétaires sont adorables et le prix est très raisonnable
