Gite de la Dune - 12 personnes

The Dune Gite is an old single-storey house, 160 m², completely renovated, located in the heart of Aiguillon sur mer.
It is located 100m from the lake and its beach area and very close to amenities (bakery, pharmacy, market, restaurants, shops, etc.).
This cottage has a beautiful terrace, a large garden with a pétanque court and its heated swimming pool accessible from May to September.

The cottage is made up of 2 parts:

The main part which is composed of:
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher with detergent available, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, XXL fridge, etc.), a dining room and a living room with TV and WiFi.
- 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, sinks, towel dryers and hair dryers.
- 2 toilets
- 4 bedrooms: CH1 , CH2 , CH3 , CH4 <2 beds of 80x200>

Presence of a lingerie area with washing machine, detergent, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Sheets, towels and bath mats provided for the number of people registered in the cottage.

The annex: (adjoining building separated from the main part by the terrace) which is composed of:
- a bathroom equipped with shower, double sink, towel dryer and WC.
- two bedrooms: CH5 <2 beds of 80x200 + a television, CH6 <1 bed of 160x200>
