Table football Hiking trailsLocated between Nantes and Rennes, with quick access to the 4 lanes, our 3 character cottages can accommodate you for your events (birthday, wedding, cousinades, retirement, seminars, etc.)
They have a capacity of up to 50 people indoors and sleeping, and are open all year round.
During the week we also offer room rental per night.
The Gîte de la Cour is located in alignment with the Grand Gîte and can easily be rented with the latter due to its proximity to increase the number of beds.
It can of course also be rented separately.
Each room has its private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Between April 1 and October 1, the Grand Gîte and the Gîte de la Cour are rented together at a minimum. You can add the Ker Anna gîte to have up to 13 bedrooms and 50 beds, or book the latter on its own if you wish. At this time, weekend rentals go at least from Friday to Sunday.
The rest of the year, between October and March, you can book the number of lodgings you want with no minimum duration.
Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (appliances, utensils, crockery, etc.)
Our rates systematically include sheets, beds made and all charges. Cleaning is optional.
The availability schedule is up to date.
The arrival and departure times are to be fixed freely with us.
The beds are distributed as follows:
- Le Gîte de La Cour: maximum capacity 11 beds (3 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed on the mezzanine)
The water features:
The Gîte de la Cour has a PMR room on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its private bathroom.
The exteriors:
Each cottage has a private lawn area with a terrace.

CANCELLATION BY THE TENANT
Any cancellation must be notified by e-mail
a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:
the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER
The owner pays the tenant all the sums paid.
CANCELLATION RELATED TO COVID-19 (OR SIMILAR)
If the cancellation is caused by confinement or the legal impossibility of making the reservation (restriction of distance for example), in accordance with ordinance n ° 2020-315 of March 25, 2020, a credit note of the value of the deposit paid will be sent to you. This will allow you to postpone your reservation within 18 months.

"Un séjour +++"
Je ne peux que recommander le gîte de la Garlais : un accueil chaleureux et à l'écoute, un gîte idéal pour une réunion de famille. Tout le monde a apprécié l'aménagement, le confort (une salle d'eau pour chaque chambre), la grandeur de la cuisine, les extérieurs, etc.
