Established on a 14 ha domain, private and fenced for the safety of all, the gîte is exclusively reserved for its customers for the duration of the stay.
The openings offer a breathtaking view of the pond and nature in order to observe the fauna. Everything has been designed for your well-being, comfort and tranquility.
Fishermen will find what they are looking for and will be able to watch their rods directly at the foot of the gîte in its 5-hectare fish pond (carp, white love, pike, roach). NO KILL fishing.
Many hiking trails are available to you, to be explored on foot or by bicycle (available at the gîte). Ideally located along the Marne-Rhine canal, the green cycle path also called Véloroute V52 starts 20 m from the gîte.

1 PMR bedroom with 160x200 cm bed, cupboard, television, adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer and toilet. Shower wheelchair on request.

"Exceptionnel"
Incroyable séjour au gîte de de l’etang l’abbé accueillie par Nadine la propriétaire, qui est une personne adorable et attentionnée , je recommande ce très beau gîte fais avec gout. Le calme nous a fait du bien, les équipements sont de très grandes qualité et nombreux (lave vaisselle, draps inclus, 2 réfrigérateur, vaisselle suffisante, machine à laver). Gîte pouvant accueillir 6 personnes,Il y a un barbecue, 2 beaux étangs pour ce prélasser ou pêcher, des vélos, terrain de badminton, boules, et beaucoup d’autres jouets pour les petits. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et merci beaucoup à la propriétaire Nadine

"Séjour exceptionnel"
Séjour inoubliable dans un cadre paradisiaque et un gîte topissime (propreté irréprochable, super fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût).
Nous n'avons manqué de rien, même le poisson 🐟 était au RDV...
Les extérieurs sont comme la maison : MERVEILLEUX !
Nous avons adoré les cabanes et tout est conçu pour que petits et grands y trouvent son bonheur...
Félicitations pour ce beau projet qui demande investissement,
temps et beaucoup d'énergie...
Les propriétaires sont aussi à l'image du gîte, formidables 👍
Une pensée particulière à Nadine qui se dévoue corps et âme pour ce petit coin de paradis...
