You can visit: Cordes-sur-Ciel, Bruniquel, Auvillar, Rocamadour, the Padirac chasm, Albi, Carcassonne and Toulouse.
L'Auberoche is 90 m² and can accommodate 5 people. 2 couples + 1 child or 1 couple and 3 children.
Large living-dining room, WiFi, 81 cm TV, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven and microwave.
1 master bedroom with shower room and separate toilet.
Second bedroom on the mezzanine (attic! 1.77) with bathroom and bathtub under a large skylight. 160 beds, made on arrival, sheets and towels provided.
Very large garden, swing, badminton court, ping-pong table (summer) and numerous outdoor games, pétanque, mölkky, frisbee, bicycles, garden table and outdoor barbecue (summer).
Our private 10 x 5 m Salt swimming pool, sun loungers and children's beach awaits you from June to September.
Direct access to a 600 hectare forest
Private parking on the estate.
Only our equine friends are welcomed on the estate. 3 hectares of meadows, 2 shelters, saddlery, grooming paddock. Water and hay as much as you want in winter. 7€/night equine.

"Parfait"
Perfect family stay, calm, space and facilities for young and old. For the little ones all the childcare equipment is available. For leisure bikes, badminton, ping-pong table and various games. As for the swimming pool it is perfect, the little ones can enjoy the platform.
The cottage is pleasant, breakfast with a view of the horses, the mezzanine room is unusual and should be reserved for children or young adults who will appreciate the place. Franck is a considerate, attentive and discreet host.
We hope to be able to return as a family.

Great place to stop with our horses, well fenced grounds and plenty of trees and hedges to protect horses and riders from the summer heat.
Franck is a very attentive host and we hope to return for several days to enjoy the hikes with direct access in the forest and other moments of conviviality with our host.

Nothing to complain about. A beautiful and cozy cottage, a perfectly adapted and well thought-out horse reception. Hiking trails galore at the doors of the cottage. And to finish in style, a host as interesting as he is considerate.

"une pause estivale enchanteresse"
We had a pleasant stay at the Ranch du Roc; everything was perfect. A warm and attentive welcome from Franck, the owner of the place. Wonderful, tasty and varied breakfasts taken on the terrace. But of course, it is the enchanting setting that everyone agrees on: the property, its buildings, its horses, its garden and its swimming pool, it is a small authentic and bucolic paradise! Finally, to top it all off, we are close to a multitude of sports and cultural activities. We really recommend the Ranch du Roc and will be back next year!
