It now enjoys the comfort of our time without losing the charm given it by its exposed beams, fireplaces in tufa stone, its tiles Rairies and timbered.
It is located 5 main street, in the heart of the village of Marcé in Maine-et-Loire.
It is accessed by a private alley called "Allée de l'Ermitage" because formerly the people of the village used it to go to the "hall of the hermitage", playground typical of Anjou, the ball of Fort .
You have the house but also several outbuildings: the billiard room, the ping-pong room, the game room, the barbecue room and the garden.
It is also accessed by the main courtyard where you can park your car.
