Perched at an altitude of 800 m in a small hamlet on the edge of the Valley of the Cere , near the Col de Curebourse (997 m) and 5 minutes walk from the city center of Vic -sur-Cere (shops) , and from the railway station , in the heart of the Regional natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne , this house in 1880 , renovated in 2013 , welcomes you in its old charm and comfort of today ( apartment rated 4 stars) .

Authenticity of a detached country house in lava stone and slate roof typical Auvergne with a private fenced 2000 m², private parking for vehicles , a full southern exposure with no vis- à-vis a dominant position and with stunning views of the valley and the Monts du Cantal.

Warmth and comfort of a traditional mountain home with " inglenook " pantry , wood stove , electric heating, a warm stone and wood. All rooms have sloping ceilings with exposed beams.
