Very nice cottage in an old house completely renovated near the castle of Azay-le-Rideau, with a large south-west facing terrace and an enclosed, private garden overlooking the Indre. In the heart of the Loire Castles, the Gîte de l'Abreuvoir is a haven of peace by the water in the village of Azay-le-Rideau. The house is very comfortable and suitable for any visitor ready to travel and immerse in history, gastronomy, relaxation and the arts!
Located in the center of the city of Azay-Le-Rideau, you will have all the local shops within walking distance: bakery, pastry shop, butcher, pharmacy, cafes, caterer, restaurants, wine merchant, large supermarket 1 km away. The Château d'Azay-Le-Rideau is also within walking distance.

The Gîte de l'Abreuvoir is in a 19th century bourgeois property in the center of Azay-Le-Rideau. It is completely independent from the rest of the property with its 600 m² walled garden, its own independent access and private parking. The Indre borders the garden and offers hiking, cycling, fishing and canoeing.

The house is organized on two levels with plastered walls and exposed beams. It has on the ground floor a large very bright living room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with separate toilet. The first floor has a master suite made up of two adjoining bedrooms, a fourth bedroom and a bathroom with separate toilet. Three bedrooms are made up of 2 80x200 beds that can be joined together, the large bedroom in the parental suite has 2 90x200 beds, which can be joined together: the bedding is new.

The cottage has its own independent access with private outdoor parking.
