This beautiful house, typical of Cap Sizun, is nestled in a pleasant, calm, very tree-filled, flowery setting surrounded by its 3000 m² garden and its enclosed orchard.
Former farmhouse, it was renovated by an architect.
The symbiosis between the old decor and the contemporary was perfectly successful by bringing a lot of space and light to this house of character.
It is located near Audierne, its port, its shops and the Pointe du Raz jclassified Grand Site of France.
Best place to enjoy:
- fine sandy beaches that delight children and bathers
- the Nautical Center which can introduce you to the pleasure of the sea (sailing, surfing, paddle, sea garden for the little ones)
- very numerous coastal paths (GR34)
- commercial areas, swimming pool, bicycle rental
